The 3 Best IDEAS TO Lose Weight

You don’t have to read thousands of weight loss guides for the best tips to lose excess weight. The smartest diet advice is distributed by countless signed up dietitians, doctors, fitness coaches, and nutrition experts. In fact, the weight loss programs that have shown to work have a few things in common. If you can grasp these three basic principles, you’ll be on the way to slimming down.

I hadn’t seen it in 30 years. It was called “Iceman.” It’s an imaginary story regarding a research expedition that found a properly preserved 40,000 yr old Neanderthal caveman freezing in a stop of ice. They thawed him and brought him back to life out. Go ahead, check it out.

It’s on Netflix loading. One thing immediately jumped out at me in this movie. The prehistoric man, upon being brought back alive, was placed in an artificial habitat (like at a zoo.) What did he do? Did he sit down and stare at the wall structure there? Did he cry about how exactly he had no idea where he was and what he was supposed to do?

He immediately visited work. His first order of business was eliminating a wild pig for food that was roaming his habitat. Then he proceeded to go about starting an open fire. Then he collected everything he may find, laying it out before him so he could observe his inventory and find out what to do with it.

He found berries to crush, so he could make ink to paint the cave wall space to do his drawings. In a nutshell, he was watching a set routine that ensured his success. If you are to reduce experience and weight any chance at keeping that weight off, you must create and follow a regimen. I’m not saying the routine can’t change, but it has to be there.

Think about how exactly we raise small kids from enough time they are a baby. All successful mothers will tell you: create a routine. Schedule nap time. Go to sleep at the same time every evening. Kids like structure. They will flourish. Do the fundamentals every day the same way, at the same time. Do you think this need for structure and predictability goes away completely when we become adults? It shouldn’t, not if you would like to reach your goals. Anyone that has met me or understands me in the last 4 years knows that my routine is sacred.
